About this guide
Our FSG is provided in two parts and both must be read together. Part 1 explains Count’s licensing arrangements and the obligations that apply across its authorised representative network. Part 2 contains information specific to our practice and adviser.
Financial Services Guide - Parts 1 and 2

Please read the complete FSG before deciding whether to obtain a financial service from us. If the summary on this page differs from the FSG, the FSG and your signed service documents take precedence.

Advice documents, fees, and remuneration
Depending on the service provided, you may receive:
- a Statement of Advice, setting out personal advice, the reasons for it, and relevant fees and remuneration;

- a Product Disclosure Statement describing a product’s features, fees, benefits, and risks.
Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the work. We will explain and agree the method and actual amount with you before starting work for which you will be charged. The FSG also explains possible insurance commissions, referral arrangements, and other benefits.

Important disclosures
Not independent
We are not independent, impartial, or unbiased. Personal advice is generally aligned with Count’s Approved Product List, and we may receive commissions for life insurance products and non-monetary benefits such as training and educational seminars from product providers.
The FSG includes more information about conflicts of interest, referral arrangements, Count’s related-party relationships, privacy, and the complaints process.
